Spring is in full swing, and the nursery is bursting with color, life, and everything you need to make your garden thrive. Whether you’re sprucing up your beds, shopping for a special Mother’s Day gift, or preparing for Memorial Day gatherings, Kalleco has you covered.

Flower Power 

Our gardens are overflowing with blooms! This month, check out:

• Perennial Salvia: Caradonna in deep purple and Rose Marvel in soft mauve-pink—both are just about to burst into full bloom.
• Mini Dappled Willows: Beautiful, versatile, and easy to maintain—they can be trained to fit just about any garden size.
• Fresh Perennial Shipment: We’ve restocked with classics like coreopsis and creeping thyme, plus new additions like gaultheria (low-growing wintergreen) and andromeda (bog rosemary).

We’ve got options for both sun and shade, and plenty of advice if you’re not sure what to plant where!

Mother’s Day is This Sunday! 

We’re open additional hours this Sunday (May 11th) from 10 AM – 4 PM and ready to help you celebrate Mom with:

• Hanging baskets, cut flowers, annuals, and perennials
• Garden gifts and accessories
• Gift certificates, so she can choose her favorites

Memorial Day Hours

We’ll be open 8 AM – 2 PM on Memorial Day (Monday, May 26th), so swing by early for last-minute garden touch-ups!

Gardening Reminders & Tips

• Start Weeding Now: The sooner you tackle those weeds, the easier your season will be.
• Try the Hula-Ho: Our new favorite weeding tool! Available in: 
  • Mini 14” – great for tight spots and raised beds
  • Full-size 54” – perfect for garden paths and larger areas

It’s efficient, easy to use, and works like a charm in both soil and gravel.

• Top Off Your Beds: After weeding, refresh your garden with mulch. Choose from:
